Buttstock & forend set

This is a buttstock & forend for a Winchester model 73 rifle. It is NEW semi-finished semi-fancy American Walnut ( needs final fitting to the gun, sanded and a finish put on ).  Duplicate of original style. The butt is cut for the winchester standard Crescent buttplate and can be fit to the Winchester crescent buttplate with the longer tang by removing more wood, the forend is for an octagon barrel. We will bore the magazine tube hole in the forend for a small or large caliber magazine tube, please spedify in the comments box of the shopping cart if you want a small or large caliber mag. tube hole.  We have wet the wood to show the grain & color.

small caliber = .532" outside diameter magazine tube 

large caliber = .648" outside diameter magazine tube

Please specify in the shopping cart check out comments box if you want a small or large caliber magazine tube hole in the forend. If this is not specified the forend will be shipped bored for a small caliber mag. tube and it is up to the customer to bore it out for any other caliber.
